Fidelity Finance Company specialized in offering Business Loan for Project Funding / Financing through MONETIZATION of Bank Instruments such as Bank Guarantee (BG), Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) at 100%LTV as Collateral or loan securities under our Collateral Transfer (or Securities Lending) arrangement.
Our typical transaction size range is 1Million to 1Billion USD/EURO and above.

Our clients choose to adopt Collateral Transfer facilities (or lease Bank Guarantee/SBLC) as they often need to raise urgent business capital and do not have adequate security to borrow it conventionally.

Bank Guarantees/SBLC received under Collateral Transfer facilities may be used by the Borrower to secure credit lines/Business Loan. However, typically lending rates (loan to value or LTV) will be at 100% of face value.
Fidelity Finance Company can of course assist its clients in raising credit against Bank Instruments of these types in the event that our clients own bank declines to offer lending facilities.
